Can you give me a ballpark pricing on an advertising inflatable?

What doesn’t Planet Inflatables do?
- We do not provide portable generators. However, we recommend that you purchase those from Amazon.com.
- We do not sell or rent helium tanks.
- We do not rent inflatables. Our inflatables are only sold.
- We do not provide on-site installation. However, you will be provided with an easy-to-understand user manual guide, for better step-by-step installation.
- We do not repair inflatables. We only repair the advertising inflatables that we have produced.
- We can’t guarantee any performance on a custom-made inflatable. We can design and produce the inflatable. However, we don’t have the resources to make specific performance tests on an inflatable.
Do you have a rush service?
We only offer rush service on cold air advertising inflatables and we can have them ready in as little as 5 working days. Unfortunately, we don’t have rush service on PVC sealed advertising inflatables since these are produced in Asia, but we can expedite shipping by bringing them by air; additional charges may apply.
What type file formats do you accept as artwork?
Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Must be vector format with all text converted to outlines. Please save as .eps, PDF or ai file.
What is your normal production time?
PVC sealed advertising inflatables:
Production schedule:
- Mock-up: 24 hours
- Pre-production sample: 1 week
- Mass production: 4-6 weeks
- Transit time from factory in Asia: sea 4-5 weeks / air: 1-2 weeks
Cold air advertising inflatables:
Production schedule:
- Mock-up: 24 hours
- Pre-production sample: 1 week, when ordering 5 pieces or more.
- Mass production: 1-2 weeks
- Transit time: depends on the location in the US, varies from 1-5 days.
Helium spheres:
Production schedule:
- Mock-up: 24 hours
- Pre-production sample: 1 week, when ordering 5 pieces or more.
- Mass production: 2-3 weeks
- Transit time: depends on the location in the US, varies from 1-5 days.
